Looking for someone to take over my lease at The District on Apache in December or January when I move out. The lease ends on July 7, . This is the 🏆best apartment complex in Tempe and one of the 🏆best rooms in it.
The District is located across the street from the Tempe campus, and right next to a CVS. The room itself is next to a stairwell (3rd floor) that opens out directly to the CVS and campus, so it is extremely convenient. There is a Safeway and Trader Joe&#;s 5 & minutes away respectively (🚶 walking). It is also close to the GLV if you are involved in Greek Life, and many great 🍔 restaurants as well.
The apartment has its own washing machine and dryer, and all the kitchen utilities you would need (disposal, dishwasher, ☢ microwave, air purifier, etc.). It has a balcony and air conditioning as well as a 📺 tv. The apartment complex itself comes with a bunch of nice and well-kept amenities, such as a lazy river, fitness center, and virtual golf course. not exactly sure how much parking is but it is available and inexpensive.
The room has a personal bathroom (with an air purifier), closet and fan, and comes with furniture. Everything is in great condition except for a small mark on the carpet that was there when I arrived. It won&#;t come out, so don&#;t waste your ⌚time on it. Maintenance is fantastic and addresses problems super quickly if you ever need it.
The roommates are cool and not messy. Two of them are sophomores and are looking to stay the next 2 years, and the other is a senior who&#;s leaving after this Spring. They&#;re very social and go out a lot, so if you&#;re social too (or want to be) you&#;ll get along with them really well. If you&#;re not very social or just don&#;t like people, they&#;re rarely at the apartment anyway so you&#;ll still probably be able to get along with them fine.
