Only 👩 girls.
I am currently live in the District on Apache (here is their website, if you would like to check: http://www.thedistrictonapache.com/).
The floorplan I live in is 3B3B, and if you would like to move-in, you will have TWO ROOMMATES. They are so ❤️lovely and friendly, and especially they never hold the party in our apartment. All of them are ASU students and easy-going.
Due to my personal reason, I have to move out BEFORE MARCH 1ST (the move-out date is flexible for me, if you are interested, we could talk).
The whole apartment building is safe ( hours security, private parking garage), suitable for students or working people. Staff and security are very friendly. The apartment facilities include a -hour gym, sauna, study room, and swimming 🏊 pool.
Only minutes’ 🚶 walk from ASU and minutes’ drive. Next door is CVS, Tacobell, McDonald, and many different 🍔 restaurants.
The apartment is FURNISHED; you just need to bring your daily necessities to move-in. 🌊 water, garbage, and Wi-Fi are all included in the rent. 💡electricity bills are shared equally among three people each month. The average monthly 💡electricity bill in our apartment is currently $ per person.
For more details, you can check their official website.
My contract expires in August , but this room is renewable. The contract is independent and is not affected by any roommates.
