Hey! I am looking to sublet my room with full bathroom for the remainder of the term (July th, - July th ). Apartment is located at the Cottages of Tempe right outside the Tempe campus. The apartment itself is the 5 Bedroom, 5 Bath Duplex. My room is located on the second floor and is highlighted in my floorplan image attached. Apartment comes with all the Cottage amenities, a 🏊 pool view, furnishings, and appliances. Rent price includes in housing rate, 🏊 pool view, furniture, parking, internet, and trash. Utilities and 🌊 water are not included. The sublease process will be done through the Cottages of Tempe and is an easy transition for transfer. Virtual tours are available with the office, but I will not have images of the actual room until late August. Note that all belongings will be removed, room will be 🎇clean, and all standard furniture will be present. Room looks just like the ones in their virtual tour with the full bath, 🚶 walk-in closet, and windows. Please let me know if you are interested or have any questions.
