Looking for a person to take my place in a 4 bedroom and 4 bedroom townhomes at the Cottages of Tempe FOR A MUTUAL TERMINATION. I can no longer keep my lease and if someone is able to take this offer it would help me tremendously. I also believe the rate that I received on this cottage is cheaper than the others they have right now. The rent will be divided between four roommates and if you do not already have other roommates to live with the cottages will fill the rooms in accordance with your specific roomate descriptions.
