Sep 2015: If you love overpaying for a place where the AC has broken four times since June, this is the place for you! Our apt AC unit has broken twice this summer; twice more times the AC in the corridor of our building has broken. The first time it took over 3.5 weeks for them to fix and cost us $100 more than the same month last year. AC broke again last week and still isn't fixed. I have called three times about the corridor AC on this go-around and each time it's brand new information to them that it is broken. Several people have promised to call me back with a timeline for repair, none of them have followed through. I have left messages on the office phone, not one has ever been returned. May 2015: Great option to live at to avoid loud neighbors which one would have problems with at places like the District. Dishwasher is bad and all the doors in the rooms are extremely thin which can make it hard to study if your roommates are loud in the living room. The front office staff is not on the same page, however they were helpful at times. The best part about living here is the maintenance staff. Preston and Dustin were particularly helpful and would be fixing any problems the same day of the request. Overall, a pretty good experience. Review from 5/27/15 on Google
Aug 2014: First two months here and I believe that the internet speeds in the 90's were quicker. You are forced to pay $100 every month for wi-fi that works when it wants to at a snail's pace and about a dozen channels in standard definition, you get better programming with an antenna and local HD stations. Half of the office staff is friendly and there are a couple who just seem like they hate their jobs and rush you away from the office as quickly as possible and make you feel unwelcome. The majority of the resident's seem stuck up as well and neighbors wont even bother to greet you or a smile. The only redeeming feature is the location which gives you easy access to lakefront strolls anytime of the day and night. Review from 8-23-2014 on Google

Aug 2014: At first I thought it was all good. Nice studio, nice room, and then I went back to the office to fill out the application and all. They said they could reserve the room if I paid the deposit and fill out the app, so I did. They also said it would be available right away because it was empty, so I did everything they said I needed to, so I could get the room. First off, their website sucks. It doesn't have the right prices or any prices for the application. Plus the staff did not tell me what prices I should fill out. Second, the next day they called and said I couldn't move in because someone was living in the apartment!!! The only reason I filled out the app was because they said I would get it right away. Then they have the audacity to say they could put me in one of their suites for $75 a night. Review from 8-7-2014 on Google
