Feb 2015: So sad this place is sold to another developer for building a "huge fancy apartment" as they said. I'm a international student and this was the first place for me in US. The new manager Gina is the most friendly, polite and nice manager I have ever seen so far(compared with where I'm living now), she's always smiling and take care of the problems inside your apartment, I really have to say that she really made me and my roommates feel like we're welcomed, it's really nice to have a chance to live here and have a such good manager like her. Apr 2014: I am currently living in these apartments and I absolutely love it! Management is great and I've never had any problems with them. The place is always clean and no bug problems. I love the unique townhouse style to the home as well. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Tempe. I am a transfer student to ASU, do I need to stay on campus? No, as a transfer student, you can live off campus. As long as you have enough credits, you are given the choice....read more
Jul 2008: I'm currently residing here, and my roommate and I love it!!!
The house is really pretty.. its a townhouse model, with the living room, kitchen and a toilet downstairs, and the two bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs.
the rooms are of decent size. and the kitchen is really neat, as well.
the living room is very spacious. and there is also a patio.
there is a small storage space below the staircase which we call the harry potter closet!!! :D
its a really nice place for students, and affordable too. the carpets are clean. no roaches n bugs till now... in some places, when u move in itself the house would have roaches, but this place there were absolutely none....
the staff at the leasing office are also reeeeeallly sweet and very helpful, and they get stuff done pretty soon.
the place also feels very safe, unlike some places.
