All utilities and amenities for and added $ a month service fee; includes covered parking, gym, 🏊 pool, sand volleyball, and outdoor facilities, study rooms, coffee lunge, free printing and a 🚌 shuttle to ASU campus (only minute drive in traffic).

Third roommate is random and have no information on her.
