Scottsdale Gateway Apartments are located between Old Town Scottsdale and Downtown Tempe, on the Orbit Route making it convenient to the ASU Tempe Campus. You can pick from studios, one, and two bedroom Layouts (nine different Layouts in total). All units come with the major kitchen appliances and were remodeled in 2013 to upgrade the floors, bathrooms, and kitchens.
The community features at Scottsdale Gateway include; three Pools (one heated), BBQ area, hot tub, Fitness Center, business center, and playground.
Scottsdale Gateway has a fair number of student renters, but is not a student focused community (for the good and bad).
