Very nice place; has gym and a swimming 🏊 pool with a 🏊 poolside 🍔 grill. You get your own bathroom. Washer/dryer in the apartment. 6 minute drive to ASU and is near an Orbit stop. Roommate is very nice and friendly. Can also move in this December, and rent is paid for already. If moving in some⌚time in January, I&#;m also willing to pay the rent.
