Hello i’m looking for someone (👩 female) to take over my lease for the ’ ’ academic school year. the lease starts in early August and will end in end of july . the room is south facing and has great lighting with a 🚶 walk in closet and private bathroom attached. it is also furnished and will come with a bed, night stand, dresser and desk with chair. it is a two story duplex with the bedroom being upstairs.
the pictures listed are of the model duplex but the layout is exactly the same as the apartment the lease will be for.
