Feb 2019: I would be doing a serious public disservice if I did not warn you how horrific living in this apartment complex was ever since switching to new management. The montage was a living hell, here’s why:
• 7/27/18 my A/C goes out. This is summer in Arizona, it was 85 in my unit and 112 outside. Instead of sending a reputable company to replace the AC unit they exhausted EVERY enough ffort to not have to make that cost. I was without AC For TWO WEEKS. Their solution to this problem was putting a temporary AC unit in my apartment which left my window open and unsecured 24/7. Obviously this was a massive safety breach. They ended up replacing that AC unit eventually When it could have been done in the first week.
• 8/12/18 the buildings power is on and off for 3 days. No lighting, no a/c etc during August in Arizona.

Apr 2018: DO NOT LIVE HERE — LEAD PIPES AND EXPOSURE TO FECES
The Montage has lead plumbing and the infrastructure of pipes are rotting. The 5 stars reviews are clearly fake and by the employees of Montage. Me and me three roommates thought this would be a nice place to live until the place started flooding every week!
We found out by the plumber that the community still has rusting lead pipes — so old they are bursting in half. This means there is exposure to lead in the water we drink and shower with and also the air. They have received 5 violations by the City of Tempe and have not rectified these issues.
The maintenance is very nice and will always try to help however the place is rotting from the inside out. The management is horrible including Yasmin and Nataly. They are nice at first but when problems arise they refuse to answer their p Review from Google
Apr 2018: Very poor experience with management. My child lives in this complex and has had numerous grievances while trying to attend classes at ASU. The location is prime which is why management may feel entitled to take advantage of students. The "gym" is two treadmills in the laundry room. There are water shut offs without notice. The pool is awkwardly placed facing college avenue which is very busy thus making the pool basically unusable. No one ever swims in it and the water is murky and chemical ridden. There is not even an office on the location meaning in order to contact the office one must send a text or make a phone call and hope they reply. Save your time and money, live elsewhere. Mar 2018: I have had an incredible experience here at the Montage. They have new and modern appliances and have nice immensities. We are always taken care of and if there is anything wrong there is always someone you can contact and always get an answer the same day. Review from Google
Mar 2018: My husband and I have been very happy with this apartment. Super cute apts, and they have installed a pool, created a beautiful mural, and added a cute corn hole game in the front. The landscaping is always so green and healthy (impressive to us Arizonans) and the management, particularly Yasmin, replies to any concerns with rapid speed. Parking is limited, but management has since taken measures to monitor it. Very close to ASU and close to Mill Ave. Would highly recommend! Mar 2018: Living at the Montage has been great. This is a renovated mid century building. The staff is prompt at responding to requests and emails and common spaces are kept tidy and clean. The other tenants are respectful to one another and do their part in keeping the pet areas free of waste. The location is great, only a few blocks from ASU, yet on a quiet residential street free from the noise closer to campus. Rent can be paid online which is a huge convenience factor and a pool is accessible to residents in the front of the building.
