Subleasing my unit in 🌉 gateway, I never moved into the unit due to covid. 🌉 gateway is less than minutes away from campus and has the orbit 🚍 shuttle nearby as well. Has very nice amenities like the 🏊 pool, gym, and study areas, as well as free parking! Bathroom is shared but there is no roommate to share it with right now. Willing to pay a portion of the rent. Unit is 🎇clean as I haven’t moved in!
