Casitas Tempe are located a long walk, or short bike ride east of the ASU Tempe Campus. The community is made up of 156, 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes built between 1973 and 1978. Square footage ranges from 700 to 1200.
There is a nice little community park in Casitas Tempe which has picnic areas as well as BBQ grills. There is also a community Pool.
