The unit is fully furnished and includes full size appliances – washer, dryer, dishwasher ⛄ refrigerator, and oven. My suite has a short hall leading into the bedroom, bathroom and a large 🚶 walk-in closet. The window looks out into the inner courtyard. The apartment is on the 4th floor, close to the back elevator.
Rent is $1,., which includes 🌊 water, sewer, trash, a internet. Electric/UtilityFee is not included and is billed monthly. My 💡electric bills have been $ per month. Apollo offers Renters Insurance (mandatory) for $/month. Sublease would start the beginning of May and end on July , . Apollo may charge additional fees.
