Hello! I am transferring back up to Washington State University in the spring semester and need someone to take over my lease as soon as December (although the th-forward could be worked out!) Amenities include a rooftop 🏊 pool and gym, and the only utility I pay is 💡electric and usually runs me about $ a month (I usually have the AC on very high for reference.) no security deposit or anything needed, just really looking to get this place off my hands as I am transferring away from ASU and have no reason to be living in Tempe. Parking is included in rent and my unit is also located next to 2 storage units on both sides, so it is very quiet :). I also received an extra parking sticker so I can arrange to give both spots as well. Unit comes fully furnished with all appliances (you can even keep my Keurig) and in-unit washer and dryer. I am looking to sublet by those dates and really need this place taken so if you are interested or just want a look around please let me know !!
