Mar 2015: Love this place. haven't really had an issue here. Going on 2 years. A couple issues here and there but overall pretty pleasant. Simple, just don't be really stupid with things and make sure to probe the office employees if you really need something:)

Jan 2015: 922 will look for any reason to charge you for anything. They aren't paperless with their bills so with any IMPORTANT info that you want to receive, you're SOL if you don't see any papers on your door or someone rips it off. Even after asking for emails multiple times the Accountant, still doesn't bother to email you. She's very stand-offish as a matter of fact. I would recommend not living near campus at all because there aren't apartments near campus that will give you high quality living areas and a friendly staff.

Aug 2014: Maintenance takes quite a while. It took them over two weeks to fix our AC unit during the summer. When it was 87 in our apartment the on-call office staff would tell us there is nothing they could do about it. They recently replaced the furniture in the bedroom units and hired a moving company to do so. When we notified management that the moving company went through our belongings, stole money, and broke things in our apartment the management responding back once through email and did not follow up on any other emails. Our apartment was very dirty on move-in as noted in our apartment walk-through sheets, office staff did not care and told us if we did not clean upon move-out then we would be charged cleaning fees. All in all it was a bad experience for my two roommates and myself.
