1. 5th Street Condominiums is located just west of the ASU Tempe Campus. It is a little too far to walk, but and easy bike ride or short Orbit ride. The community is made of 2 story buildings built in 1984 with 1000 sq ft 2 bedroom condos. 5th Street is laid out like townhomes, so only people beside you, no one above or below. There is a community Pool, but that is about it for community features.

2. Pick your landlord wisely, as 5th Street is a condo community there are many different owners with their own rules and habits. Pet policy varies owner to owner.
