The monthly rate for 1 PRIVATE ROOM AND BATHROOM will be $. for months. 🌊 water and Wi-Fi are provided by the apartments. 💡electricity is not included, therefore it will be split among the 4 roommates and billed through a different source. All units are now renovated btw! The Hill Country Place is the 🏆best as they give back to their residents and host many events for the community to come together and enjoy over their stay!
