Hi everyone! I have a beautiful furnishedprivate room in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment available, the apartment also has a view of the Sunsphere! Rent is $ a month including ALL utilities (yes, internet and cable too) and laundry is free as well! The apartment complex is honestly a great place to live, unfortunately due to covid, I am having to move home! The amentities include a hour gym, yoga room, computer lab, club house, 🏊 pool, 🍔 grill, patio and outdoor park area, as well as a pathway to Tyson Park and the Greenways! There is also a secure package system as well! I am looking to move soon so the move in date would be January 1st and I will pay January rent (FREE) as well as a $ (CASH) incentive to anyone who applies and signs before December th! If you have a friend who wants to move as well, someone you want to live with, or even just the whole place to yourself let me know too! The other room is also available!:)
