Really nice place, 4 beds and 2 bath. The apartment comes furnished. All utilities, except for 💡electricity, are covered under rent. The rooms are pretty good sized for an apartment and there is a joined living room for everyone. The community is nice, with a basketball court, a 🏊 pool, sand volleyball court, and a great view of Knoxville. The apartments are about minutes from UTK and close to other convenience stores and such. The two roommates I know are great people, both 👨 guys. They’re easy to get along with and pretty chill in general. I knew them both before we decided to get this apartment. I need a relet, as I will no longer be attending UT this fall, as I have decided to switch my major and attend ETSU this fall.
