I am in search of someone who needs student housing for the school year; I will not be attending UT next year and need to find someone who needs an apartment to take over the lease. This is a 👩 female only apartment. The apartment is very nice and has 4 private bedrooms and 4 private bathrooms. I know of only one of the 3 roommates in the apartment and she is extremely 🎇neat and tidy and super nice. Quarry is a great location just about 1.5 miles from UT main campus. There is an amazing lobby with a study space, a gym, common outdoor spaces, fire pits, a 🏊 pool and hot tub, and the apartment is fully furnished. There is a laundry unit in the apartment and it is all newly renovated with a beautiful kitchen and new flooring! The community has very affordable parking, only $ a year, daily trash pick up, and also has a free🚌 shuttle🚌 bus which runs back and forth from campus every minutes, so students don&#;t have to buy a university parking pass. Rooms are also 🐕 pet friendly and the complex has a 🐕 pet relief area!
