I currently live in a top floor apartment at Quarry Trail and I&#;m looking for someone to sub-lease it for next semester. You have your own room and bathroom, both of which are spacious. The apartment comes with all the appliances you could ask for, like a dishwasher, washer/dryer, ☢ microwave and oven. It also comes fully furnished, with things like a desk, chair, and bed for your room and things like a sofa, chair, and 📺 tv stand (that currently holds a 4k 📺 tv) for the living room. The apartment also contains a balcony with two chairs. The management at Quarry Trail is very helpful and kind. They are very quick to cater to your needs and I&#;ve never had any issues with them. My roommates are awesome 👨 guys who are very respectful of personal space and are very 🎇clean. If you are interested, please reach out to me using my number or email.
