The apartment was recently renovated and comes fully furnished (decor that is seen in the photos is not included). The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies and there is a washer and dryer inside of the apartment. This would be a re-let so you would be dealing directly with the complex and not through a third party, me. The monthly price includes everything except for utilities which is just 💡electric. Parking is $ for the entire year. The rental period would be from January-July . I am looking for a 👩 female to take over my lease but there are no restrictions on 🐕 pets or anything like that.
