Looking to sublease a single room within an all 👩 female 4X4 apartment at The Social at South Florida. Unit comes furnished with a desk, desk chair, bed, side table, and dresser. The common areas are also furnished. The unit is near the back of the community and I haven&#;t had any issues. Current roommates are very nice but for full disclosure, one roommate is due to give birth by the end of October and that is why I am moving out. If you are someone who doesn&#;t mind living with a baby or isn&#;t home a lot, this would be perfect for you. The rent is super low compared to a lot of places because I renewed very early for this current lease. There will also be an option to renew this lease for another year.
