I’m reletting my room at The Ivy apartment in a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom style. The reason for the relet is because I&#;m moving back home. It is available for rent on MARCH 1ST but can be flexible. The apartment is furnished and a mile away from 💚 USF. Comes with a bed, mattress, desk, dresser, and everything in the common area. Includes private patio on the second floor, auto-lock front door with a key fob, and newly installed black appliances. It also has great, beautiful amenities at an amazingly low price! The price includes all utilities. There are currently three other 👩 femaleroommates in the apartment who are 🎇clean, quiet, and nice students. My current lease expires on 7/ if you’d rather sublease it. Amenities include a gym, spacious study rooms, coffee bar, Apple computers and printer, very large 🏊 pool, hot tub, 🏊 pool cabanas with 📺 tvs, as well as outdoor recreation like volleyball and tennis.
