Aug 2017: All 79 units have been vacated recently, with abandoned property strewn beside most units. Looks about to be razed. About time. Review from Google
Aug 2017: Extremely old apartments that don't even have central heat and air. They have these a.c. units that are kinda like hotel air conditioners. And the way they deal with your water bill is that a private company manages it. And whatever unit your in, you all split the water bill throughout the building. So it doesn't matter if you use 20 gallons of water a month or 200 gallons...you're either picking up the slack for how much water others use or they're picking up your slack for how much you use. The walls are also paper thin. The apartments are set up in such a way that your bedroom is most likely separated by a thin wall and your neighbors living room is just on the other side. So while you're trying to sleep, your neighbors may be up in their living room making noise that you can hear so you're not getting much rest. Their rent prices are OUTL Review from Google
Dec 2016: Do not apply here, they are fraudulent!!! The guy John, office manager, is horrible, very rude and inconsiderate. He took my application fee of $40 reviewed my information, ignored my calls and emails. When he did decided to answer my call he said the unit wasn't available anymore. A week later the unit was posted back on Craigslist. I went in to discuss my concerns he lied about new management taking over, He lied about not having my information on file. When I bought my amscot stub and emails he then goes on to say the application is expired and that he didn't have to notify me that a unit was now available. He was also confident that the owner wouldn't respond to my concerns. I will not stop my investigation until something is done. do not waste your time! Go far away from this place!!! Jan 2016: DO NOT RENT IN THIS APARTMENT! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! BLACK MOLD & COCKROACHES! IT WAS NASTY AND WHAT YOU GET IS not worth THE MONEY YOU ARE PAYING! LOOK ELSEWHERE! I HAD TO GIVE IT A STAR BUT THEY SUCK! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE! Review from Google
Feb 2015: This property has had a lot of transitions due to passing's in ownership and management. There have been mistakes but they are being corrected. The problem I see is, many get mad for the managers doing their job with notices ect but they break rules. Every property has mishaps.I have had my moment but it is what it is.
