I am looking for someone to sublease my townhouse (room) at Campus Palms ASAP but ultimately by September 1st up until July st, which is when the lease ends. There is no current roommate in the second room! ***August rent will be paid for prior to move in.
The space is a 2x2.5 and rent is $ a month. Utilities/work orders are included in rent. This space is fully furnished and has working appliances (washer/dryer, ⛄ fridge/oven/stove, etc.) There is no charge for parking and the space comes with valet trash pick up. I stay in the larger of the two rooms (approx. sqft)
Campus Palms is 🚶 walking distance away from 💚 USF and townhomes are typically the first to sell out. This complex is 🌉 gated and has two 🏊 pools located in different areas. There is visitor parking, a gym, a clubhouse, and study lounge for residents.
