Hawthorne Lofts South is a small apartment community located just north of UNCW. It is a fairly long walk to campus, but within Biking distance. As the name implies, the community is made up of loft apartments. In general this is a fairly simple community with a good price. So, if you do not want a roommate this could be a good option.
In the community you will find a salt water Pool and picnic area, as well as a laundry center.
