Colonial Parke is located about a mile north of UNCW and a short drive from Downtown Wilmington and CFCC. While located close to UNCW and CFCC, this is not a student community, this is a 'normal', 'budget' apartment community with a good mix of residence.
There is a choice of one bedroom, or two bedroom Layouts, both coming with the main kitchen appliances, Internet, cable, and w/d connections in select units.
