Campus Edge is a condo community located just 800 feet north of UNCW. The condos are individually owned so prices and service level can vary greatly. That said, you will find one bedroom efficiencies and two bedrooms at very good prices. The two bedrooms have a very interesting feature in that both rooms have a private entrance.
