Apr 2018: This was a great living arrangement. The management was always helpful and expedient in their work. I lived here for two years straight and never had any issues. Any issues had were resolved in a short period of time. The location is cheap and close to campus. They have expanded their office staff and become more professional. I recommend any first timers to Greensboro on a low budget to check out this place.
Mar 2016: The management is awful. Will not respond to maintenance calls at all. I had my ac and heat go out and didn't hear back for months. The dishwasher and oven when out and they would not replace them. One of my roommates wasn't even paying rent since they were too lazy to set us up in the promised "online payment" method. The walls are thin and the paint is coming off. Multiple times there were bugs throughout. Even though it might seem cheap and good, $100 is still too expensive. The locks do not work most of the time and is not in a safe area. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Apr 2014: So Reynolds Place, I would not recommend unless you are just looking for something cheap for the time being. Yes, the price is great its cheap. The appearance of the apartments are not as appealing. The mailboxes are ragedy. Also, the apartments are located in the cut. There is a train behind the apartments and it constantly makes a strange sound every 30 mins or so. The maintenance was terrible, they claimed to fix stuff and days later things were still not repaired. Also, kitchen appliances are not as up to date. I also had somethings stolen out of my car. There is no one to see what happens behind there so there's no way of knowing who did what.
