Hi all, I’m STILL looking for a sublease for my apartment, serious inquiries only please!!
I’m subleasing my bedroom on the bottom floor of the apartment! It comes fully furnished (bed, desk, chair, dressers) and it has an en-suite bathroom.
I live with three awesome roommates, they go to A&T.
The upstairs has a loft area as well, so it’s a great place to study and relax. The apartment has a dishwasher, ice maker, ⛄ ⛄ refrigerator/freezer, oven, ☢ ☢ microwave, garbage disposal, and in-unit washer and dryer.
I have 2 roommates, they&#;re all very kind and have been extremely helpful. I&#;ve had no problems with noise or mess or anything, they&#;re wonderful!
Rent is $ a month and ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED! You will get a parking pass, you won’t worry about paying for that. Parking is always available, I’ve never had a hard ⌚⌚time with parking. It’s also a really quiet area, I’ve never heard any noise outside of your usual residential noise.
PLEASE let me know if you’re seriously interested, I cannot afford this apartment anymore need to move out before the end of October, so please help me out! The lease runs until July and you can always sublease if you don’t need it that long. This is an urgent situation.
