University Terrace North condos are right across from UNCC which means free parking. This also means it is within Walking distance so you can just walk right to campus and use the on campus Shuttle system Niner Transit System to go from building to building.

University Terrace North has multiple condo owners, so prices, lease duration, pet policy, and maintenance set/up can differ.
