Magnolia Terrace (formerly Oak Pointe) Apartments are located to just to the south of UNCC campus. The community was renovated in 2013 to bring it back to modern times. You can find one, two, or three bedroom Layouts ranging from 580 to 1220 sq ft. Magnolia Terrace is not a student focused community, even if there are many students living there due to the location. The community features are fairly standard for an apartment complex. Being back to the times, they accept online payments.
