Both myself and my roommate are looking to sublease our rooms out, either for 2 separate individuals or for 2 people who would like to room together.
This lease is from August to July , and rent is $ per person (we are flexible with move in dates!). We have a top floor unit close to the clubhouse, so all of the amenities are nearby. We were the first and only people to live in this unit, so it has been taken care of very well and has remained 🎇clean. There have been no pets or smoking/vaping and the apartment is fully furnished along with stainless appliances.
