Available for move in during the middle of December. It has three floors, a full kitchen and living room with a half bath on the first floor. There are two bedrooms on the second floor and two bedrooms on the third floor. My room is on the second floor. Rent is $ per month and it is a fully furnished unit with appliances included (some furnishings/decorations in my room are not included). Includes all 👩 femaleroommates, allows 🐕 pets, 1 mile away from UNCC, and is 🌉 gated. Arcadia also comes with several amenities such as a 🏊 pool, game room, hot tub, steam room, sauna, gym and yoga room, 🕶️ tanning beds, free parking, etc. Free🚍 shuttles are offered by Arcadia to take you to and from UNCC.
