I’m subleasing my room at Arcadia student living! Looking for one 👩 female to take over the lease. The bedroom is on the first floor and has a bathroom and a 🚶 walk in closet, as well as it’s own thermostat. There are three other 👩 femaleroommates; one of the bedrooms was not moved into! My roommates do have 🐕 pets living there (cats and dogs). All of which are friendly. The bedroom is by the laundry as well. Rent is $ which includes 🌊 water & 💡electricity. The apartment is fully furnished and parking is also included! The apartment amenities includes a gym, a 🏊 pool, a hot tub, 🕶️ tanning beds, etc. The lease lasts until July but can be renewed.
