The apartment has been renovated and is 🎇clean. It includes a washer and dryer. The complex is minutes from the UNC campus and 5 minutes from the interstate. Complex amenities such as fitness center, tennis court, and 🏊 pool are available. The service response for repairs is prompt. You can move in after July th, and begin paying rent in August. Though the lease expires next March, you can continue living here if you sign a contract with the office.
