I am a sophomore looking to fill the other bedroom in my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment off East Franklin Street for the Spring semester. Lease ends May st (but can be extended) and you could move in anywhere from late November-early Jan. 7 min drive to campus/franklin so a min 🚶 walk. We could either add your name on the lease or have it as a sublease. Complex comes with unlimited parking.
Rent + utilities are never more than $ total (the house is , utilities are ) and it&#;s 🚶 walking distance to East🌉 gateshopping center with a Whole 🍕 foods, Trader Joe&#;s, Petco, Starbucks, etc. Happy to send pics or let you tour on request!
