Hello, I’m graduating from UMN and moving back home to Sweden, so I need someone to take over my lease for a private bedroom. It is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. The apartment is located just by Stadium Village at University Village (https://www.umnvillage.com/).
The private room is big and has the bathroom directly connected to the room. The apartment is fully furnished, and for the reason that I’m leaving the US, I leaving behind my 🚴 bike, cooking/dinnerware, 📺 tv, bed with mattress etc. I will let you decide if you wanna keep it or not (no charge). The lease starts in January , but there are possibilities to move in earlier. I’m also willing to cover the January rent.
