The townhomes are around 3 miles away from UGAs campus, and they belong to a 🌉 gated community on the more southern side of Athens. Kind of a quieter area than downtown, not quite like North Avenue. Its not isolated though. Theres a 🚍 bus stop right next to the entrance. Route 9 of the UGA public transportation stops by hourly. The townhomes are also fairly close to Kroger, Home Depot, Walmart and whatnot.
As for roommates, were all 👩 girls and upperclassmen (so were looking for another 👩 female to take over this lease). I actually leased an apartment last year with one of my current roommates, and we signed a lease for this place together. I can speak more about her character. Shes incredibly dedicated student, reliable, and very responsible.
We chose this place because it was so much more spacious than a little apartment. Theres a full kitchen, so people dont really have to fight over cabinet space. Its also got fairly large lounge. So, you can have a lot of people over without space being an issue.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
