The Reserve at Athens is a Gated student community located southeast of the UGA campus, on the Athens bus Route. All 200 apartments are either 2 bedroom 2 bath, or 4 bedroom 4 bath, with the option to have it fully Furnished. Since this is a student community, you will find Individual Leases, roommate matching, and utilities included in rent: water, cable, and Internet.
