I will pay the month of May in full leaving you with only two months (June, July) of rent to pay.
The only utilities you will need to cover will be 💡electricity and everything else will be included, even furniture.
Since it is a 4/4 apartment you will have your own bathroom.
My current roommates have no plans to be here during the Summer so if you are potentially looking for a whole apartment by yourself look no further.
