Hi!! I&#;m looking to sublease my room in my apartment for the summer. I live in a two bedroom, fully furnished apartment at The Flats at Carrs Hill. The parking is only $/per month and all utilities are included in the monthly rent (including parking). It is a minute 🚶 walk downtown and only 2 blocks from campus. My roommate and I are both leaving for the summer in early May (probably by May 7th), so you can move in whenever once I leave, but you would only have to pay for the June and July rent.
