Hey! I’m trying to find someone to take over my lease for Spring -July in my 2b/2b apartment at the Flats at Carr’s Hill!!! The unit comes completely furnished and includes a private bedroom and bathroom. You’d be living with a quiet👩 female uga student, so finding another 👩 female is preferred! She also owns a dog, who is very quiet and mostly stays in her room, and always leaves with her, so being pet-friendly is a must!! Utilities are included in the rent as well, which is $ a month. There is plenty of parking, and amenities include a huge 🏊 pool, a super nice gym, and lots of quiet study rooms! Please message me if you’re interested or have any questions!!
