Surrey Square is located just south of the UGA campus (on the bus Route). It offers one floor plan, where you can rent out 3 bedrooms, and use the forth as a bonus room, or rent out all four bedrooms. All include a fully equipped kitchen and a Washer and Dryer.
To make life simple, you can pay one fixed fee for utilities and you have cable included. There is also a furniture option, so with one monthly payment your apartment will be fully Furnished.
