Summit of Athens is a Gated student condo and cottage community near UGA. It is located east of campus, but on the bus line, making commuting easy. There are a large number, 12, Layouts to pick from, ranging from 2 bedroom to 4 bedroom, either condo or cottage. In each condo or cottage you will find an alarm system, the main kitchen appliances with built-in microwave and dishwasher, and full size Washer and Dryer.
The amenities at the Summit of Athens are at the very high end, you will find:
