Brookewood Mill is a Gated condo community just east of UGA, off Barnett Shoals Rd. The condos are 2 bedrooms with either 2 or 2.5 baths, depending if it is an upstairs or downstairs unit. All condos have hardwood floors and come with the major kitchen appliances. Brookewood Mill also has a community Pool to catch up on your rest and relaxation.
Given this is a condo community search hard for the right landlord. As there are many different owners; price, lease length, pet policy, etc. will vary widely from one condo to the next....
