Two options:
1. I can pay for the month of may while you cover June and July. The rent will be plus utilities.
OR
2. Rent will be , I pay the other two hundred of the rent, but you pay for all three months.

This is a sublease in a 4x4.5 apartment in which you would have three other roommates. It is a 👩 girls only unit, at The Ridge Apartment Complex in Gainesville Fl. The rent is per bedroom (conditional based on which option you choose from above^^), plus utilities which are normally around dollars for 🌊 water and 💡electricity. The bedroom comes furnished, with the night stand, desk, bed, mattress and dresser. There is a common room, kitchen, extra living room downstairs, storage closet in the garage, it comes with free parking (you have a garage and a driveway). It is three stories, first story is the garage and one of the living rooms, second floor is one of the bedrooms, kitchen, common room and half bathroom, and third floor includes the laundry room, and three of the bedrooms. Your room is on the third floor. Each bedroom door has a private key, which you can choose to lock your door whenever. The apartment complex has a resort styled 🏊 pool, gym, study room, etc. the sublease is for the summer of , from beginning of may to the end of July. The specific details can be talked about more in depth later if you are interest. You can easily extend the lease with the leasing office if that is what you wish to do.
