It is a 4 bedroom apartment each bathroom with a private bathroom. The rooms have industrial carpet in it a bed with comfortable storage under the bed. It has a desk, a closet, and a drawer space. On the outside it is wood floor fully furnished kitchen and living room with a 📺 tv. The kitchen has granite tabletops and counters. In the Kitchen you can also find a full panty and a washer/dryer. The apartment is a fully upgraded model that they have. There are three other 👩 girls that are moving in as new roommates as well so It will. The community is very close to UF and a decent distance from Santa Fe College. It is also very close to Archer road, the main road in Gainesville. It is a beautiful well kept community the staff is great and I have lived there for 2 years now and I would continue if not for the pandemic.
